By employing a comprehensive exploration of the molecular mechanisms of human platelet activation, this thesis investigates the mechanism of platelet activation and their function, thereby contributing to advancements in platelet biology and pharmacology. The findings in this thesis will help to develop future kinase-related antiplatelet drugs for cardiovascular diseases, inflammation, and cancer.
